I think we're officially old now that we're excited by our mortgage interest rate. Today has been making more phone calls to get rates for services we've never had to think about before. Denis was on settlement companies and I was on property insurance. The insurance agents are much less excited about the woodstove than I am. Go figure. I don't know how far away the house is from a fire hydrant, guess I'll have to check that at inspection tomorrow. So many questions, so many forms to read over (am annoyed by line that says "type of owner: single male" we're calling it a mistake). My brain hurts.
