I am hungry and we have no food. I just had carrots and chocolate icecream for lunch (not really together, one after the other) and they didn't help much. Denis is out shopping and should return soon to cook, hopefully really soon.
Part of the reason that he is cooking is that I actually cooked something yesterday. I rarely prepare food, but I made risotto-with-stuff-in-the-fridge which yesterday was mushroom, garlic, onion, and asparagus risotto with sage, it was yummy.
Denis took Erin's mini-personality-quiz. His answers were:
Zebra
Giraffe
Dog
We could kind of make sense of Zebra and Dog, but Giraffe was a total mystery. And since I picked Kangaroo for #3 he keeps calling me "bouncy". I'm not a big fan of bouncy and I don't really bounce much.
But at this point he can call me anything he wants if he has food. (Currently his cheesiest name for me is "wifey" and it's only used in jest, I guess that's better than "wife" as is "wife, get me a beer".) Most of the time I'm "hon", two-syllables are too much effort.
