Lectures and Animals

Today has in general been a good day. I spent the morning in my pjs, but I was doing work so I don't think it really matters that I didn't get dressed until noon. One of the perks of being a student. Then methods class (erronously named, as our professor keeps reminding us, it's more like the philosphies of art history), and an interesting lecture on the connections between L.A. and Pop Art. Tuesday night is lecture night, and although my brain is usually fried afterwards, tonight it's not so bad. Maybe because the lecture was so interesting. Although they had lox as hors d'oeuvres and I'm not a big fan of it, I missed the brie. Denis is cooking steak for dinner, I almost never eat red meat, so it'll be interesting. He's using Chris's recipe from the book he sent us for our birthdays.
