I finally got sleep last night (almost 13 hours) so although my day started very late it's been productive. I made stuffed peppers and hamburgers (had left over ground beef) and then excercised for the first time in a while. Now that my landlady's gone I can do my tapes again (although today I did the DVD). Now I'm at the library starting research on my semiotics paper. Hopefully the good mood will last through finals.

Re: Exercise tapes
If you have any good tapes, I'd love suggestions. I don't have any straight aerobics. Over the years I've acquired a decent (if yet also somewhat random) amount of inexpensive at-home equipment, adjustable free-weights, an exercise ball, an adjustable step, a yoga mat (I have no yoga tapes, but good for floor exercises), a heart-rate monitor, and most recently my aunt gave me an (unsolicited) mini-trampoline. I have no idea what to do with the trampoline, we haven't even assembled it. Any trampoline suggestions would also be a plus.
