tree update

We still don't have power, I'm hanging out at Panera (until my battery dies, outlets are in short supply). Last night someone cut up the tree and moved the pieces and the wires out of the road (ours are neatly coiled in front of the house). So at least you can drive down the street now. This is particularly good because it means we will likely have trash pickup tomorrow and I cleaned out the fridge. I guess this is the first step to fixing the power lines? *deep breath* I'm trying to be patient.

D. is having the worst week ever. Besides the power being out his dance class was canceled last night (no power), and the La Roux concert we were going to tonight is canceled. (He was excited about La Roux, I was neutral but happy to go with him.)
