D. discovered our sink was clogged and leaking at 3am a couple nights ago. Plumber came today and said we have a clog behind a broken fixture that is in the wall. (We think the broken fixture predated us, but we didn't discover it until the clog.) So he has to cut through the wall. He's going from the dining room because it will be easier to fix than the tile in the bathroom (I have no idea where we would get matching bathroom tile, but I have some more blue dining room paint). It will cost at least $500 that we don't have, but I don't think we have a choice as it is our primary bathroom. Ug.
