Perhaps I should explain:
I was very pleased with the level of angsty-ness, with Bobby's continued awesomeness, with Dean leaving the cell phone message for Sam, with Dean's plea for humanity v. paradise (and omg I loved heaven's "green room" was 18th c. pleasure palace Rococo paintings => Ginger and Mary Ann), with Ruby's (super awesome) double-cross, with Ruby's death as a way for the boys to come back together (nothing reinforces brotherly love like killing abitch demon (insert partial sarcasm for that last bit only)). I super loved Dean coming and the door closing and then Sam struggling hearing Dean's voice. I like that they were brought together as family at the end, but damn it, I wanted to see Lucifer. Not column of white light Lucifer. Not leaving us anticipating the apocalypse. Come out or take some form or be a voice or something. I wanted greater establishment that the apocalypse had truly arrived and our boys were going to fight it. (It was there, I just wanted another minute of show). More please.
