Haven't posted in a while, thing are a little up and down, but averaging out to be better than the last few months:
Not so great things:
-procrastinated on paper
-didn't get picked for paper competition
-feeling a little stressed from lack of alone-time with mother in law in town
-had to go to two grocery stores today (I hate the grocery store too much sensory stimulation)
-had migraine earlier this evening
-haven't graded midterms and feeling stressed about it
-serious GI problems this evening that are making life unpleasant
Good things:
-pulled paper together at last minute
-presented in front of classmates and professors and not horribly embarrassed, participation points for me
-things with mother-in-law going relatively well, decent conversations, good food, she doesn't really move my stuff
-went to zoo with mother-in-law and saw super-cute pandas, including *cutest thing ever* baby panda asleep in a tree!!!
-went for a run today, planning for gym tomorrow but depends on GI situation
-makeThursdayssuckless lived up to its name again this week, and D. was able to come!
-my parents are in town this weekend
-it's my birthday tommorrow! (And we're going to Cirque du Soleil!)

And, I did remember telling you that your mother-in-law might like the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception (http://www.nationalshrine.com/site/pp.asp?c=etITK6OTG&b=106948) -- they do give tours, and the mosaics are amazing.
