In other news had a good weekend consisting of an intro to the not-great-except-in-a-slashy-way-and-that-way-it's-fabulous tv show Sentinel and lots of giggling at cmshaw's Saturday night and super-yummy-brunch at bayleaf and lightgetsin's place Sunday. (Bonus we got to spend some time getting to know the lovely uschickens and met S. who doesn't have a livejournal, but also loves the Denis-crack.)

Today wasn't so great. (Okay it was actually pretty bad, but D. has been home now for 6 hours so doing much better.) I seem to do okay with people, but not so well when left to my own devices. (Strange, it always used to be the other way for me.) Dr.'s appt. Thurs. morning and heading down to see Melissa (mom's visiting her place too) Thurs. afternoon. Looking forwad to it :)

That Silvia Night video was pretty whack. I didn't hear about her while Eurovision was going so I looked her up. Wikipedia says that at least she's intended to be a joke character, which is kind of a relief.

I'd seen the shoes video before but the version I saw didn't include the little family scene at the beginning. Nice.
