Is this romantic or creepy? It's more socially responsible than diamonds and more aesthetically pleasing than the vial of blood, but an awful lot of work. If cloaning becomes possible and widespread in the future it would be interesting. You would entrust your partner with not only a little part of yourself, but also your potential selves.

Oh, another thought I had. From an objective standpoint, this should really be considered no creepier than making anything decorative out of, say, ivory. If anything, this should be considered a good deal less creepy than ivory, given that the organisms providing the bones to biojewellery aren't being poached for their teeth and actually want to have things made out of them. But yeah, I think it's pretty natural for most of us get squeamish when we consider making things out of our own body parts.
