One of the cuffs on my nice pair of pants has fallen down. The other cuff seems magically affixed to the inside of the pantleg. Does anyone know how cuffs are attached and how I can reattach the fallen one? Thanks.

I think sometimes there's a fabric adhesive and sometimes they're sewn on. I also think this is a question for [livejournal.com profile] lifeinlondon!

Hello! Just catching up on livejournal entries now. You may have already fixed your pants. Anyway you can get iron-on hem stuff, which is just like double-sided tape that you use to stick the fabric together, then you iron it and it becomes permanently fused. I doubt that's what they used on your pants since it doesn't usually just fall out. It's weird that they used some sort of fabric glue on a nice pair of pants. I would expect the cuffs to be sewn.
