Wow I feel like crap. Around 5am after three hours of reading, internet surfing, random tv, and repeated attempts to fall back asleep I was so overtired and frustrated I started crying and finally woke up Denis who of course got me asleep within a half hour. This morning I didn't have to be anywhere (thank you graduate school) and he let me sleep. When I woke up and asked him what time it was he told me it was "more sleepy time" so I went back to sleep. Woke up for real around 10:30 and I feel horrible. Achy and sort of hungover (probably dehydrated since I didn't have any alcohol last night.) I don't know what's up but I hope it stops soon.
