Both apartment were taken. The one we really wanted was taken the day before they showed it to Denis and they said it was still free. grrrr so frustrated.
Apartment rental is all cutthroat. If you want an edge on finding a place, he should carry his basic information to the apartment viewings and hand it over to the agent right there. Most people don't do that and that's a couple of hours lead time usually. Assuming he's not doing that already of course...
