1. Exercise and I like to exercise, or at worst, I feel better when I exercise. And I know this. And yet sometimes I feel better on the couch watching tv with a cup of hot chocolate.
2. Cleaning I'm really good at picking up and really bad at cleaning. Laundry is no problem. Vacuuming is a problem. As is that huge pile of handwashing in my bedroom.
3. Personal grooming I'm too lazy to wear makeup to work, I've never figured out how to blow dry my hair, and shaving my legs happens a lot less now that I'm not going to dance class. Eh.
4. Travel I always want to do it, but rarely want to spend the money. Although, I feel a lot better about spending money when I'm going to see family or friends.
5. Cooking I hate this as a daily chore. I really enjoy eating and having food prepared by other people. When I do enjoy cooking I like to do it myself without extra people, animals, noise etc. I like my own order and my own rhythm of movement. Things need to be picked up, I'm one of those people who has to do the dishes before I cook. (This is the same for a lot of chores for me, I'm fine if I can do them my own way, but when other people are around I often feel self conscious and tense.)
6. Long term plans I seem to do okay with short and medium term, but long-term I fail to plan in sufficient detail and fail to execute.
7. Dissertation Perpetual failure through inaction.
