Adam Lambert

I had a great time at the Adam Lambert concert last night!!! I felt like he did a better job with the slower numbers, they seemed a little more emotionally in tune?, but I much prefer the faster ones (basically anything with lasers, backup dancers, and/or a sparkly accessory). The costumes and backup dancers far exceeded my expectations. Sadly there was no bassist licking (as far as I could see). That boy does love the body roll. I bet he would make an excellent belly dancer. (Someone should write that story.)

Despite not waiting in line I had a pretty decent view. Now I'm undecided about tonight's show at the 9:30 club. Do I get there early for an un/less obstructed view? Or show up late so I don't have to wait 3 hours and sit stand through the openers? Decisions, decisions.

My mother's comment:
"Do you like Adam Lambert? Sort of loud and weird, if you ask me..."

But mom, I like loud and weird :)

Oh and D. had a good time too, although not enough to want to come to tonight's show.
