in Maine

I finished my finals and am now in Maine for the week. I'd much rather be in my own apartment cleaning it up and watching bad tv guilt free (my family, parents and sister, did not approve of me watching "The Search for America's Top Model" last night, they have no appreciation for crappy televion), but it is making my mother happy that I am here. Plus I haven't been home for a year. Everyone is working (my sister is interning at my dad's engineering firm, she feels weird since she's a 20 year old female student working with 40 year old and up men, there's only one woman engineer at the firm, but she'll probably have to deal with the gender difference for much of her career, it's really fine everyone is nice, she just notices it). So I'm here pretty much alone all day, I do have a car, but nowhere to go really.
