Did anyone else see the first episode of Bionic Woman on Wednesday? It looks very promising, the main character seems interesting and likeable but most importantly it has sexyevil Katee Sackoff (who appears to really be a cylon). First episode began with bionic chick fight in the rain, I suspect there will be more of that in future episodes (which I for the most part won't be able to see because I have bellydancing, but Wed. sucked so I skipped class this week.)

I'm going to visit my sister this weekend. My parents are already there so it will be nice to see them too. I haven't seen any family since before Croatia. I'm also going to meet the new boyfriend for the first time. D. has decided to stay home.

Ethan and I saw it! We both liked it too. It reminded us of 'La Femme Nikita', an old TV show Ethan really liked/introduced me to on DVD... kick-ass woman, either highly talented and trained (Nikita) or bionically enhanced (Bionic Woman), forced to work for a secret government agency that employs morally ambiguous methods but ultimately seeks to do good and thwart evil-doers (at least in theory); and the heroine cooperates with the agency, mostly because they'll kill her if she doesn't, but she does everything she can to work for them on her own terms. Yeah, definite parallels : ). Regardless, it shows promise! And Katee Sackoff was awesome and scary! And the doctor's really cute (although what he did was creepy and he needs more personality)!
