Feeling kind of meh overall. Here's the breakdown:
Good things:
-home! love being home! love seeing D.! love seeing friends (need to see more of you).
-Saturday we did a DC Ravenchase hunt. It was awesome because 1. the fellowship reunited and we were all so excited, 2. we got see A2 who was also on GAR 3. the clues were fun and the locations were awesome (including the Library of Congress, and the National Law Enforcement Memorial) 4. We rocked the house, finishing in an hour and a half, working really well together, and generally kicking ass! 5. We won first, my first ravenchase win (and it was my turn to take home the trophy). Still in love with the treasurehunting!!!

bayleaf. Between that and the CSA finally have real food. Last night made DD chicken and mixed CSA veggies. Overcooked some frozen broccoli that was reaching its expiration date and then had a brainstorm and made cream of broccoli soup. Haven't made soup in ages (underscored by the fact that I used homemade broth from last Thanksgiving!). It turned our really yummy, housewife prize for me!
-have really enjoyed modern dance class with J. Skipped last week and really missed it so excited to go again this week.
-work at Law Enforcement Museum has been good.
-have been exercising a little and it has felt good, still undecided on the gym or not-to-gym (or use school gym) decision
-D. really likes new job.
Not so good things:
-still have a ton of work to do before school starts
-currently suffering moderate-to-mild cramps
-despite Croatia and GAR weight hasn't changed much, but still have last year's unanticipated, medically-precipitated weight gain and it's annoying
-D. is traveling to CA for work next week :(
-still haven't made it to museums
-feeling a little overwhelmed by house-related errands as well as schoolwork
