Grrr, so fussy and tired, but not sleepy, didn't get even half of what I wanted to done today (although I think I'm deluding myself thinking that I can read from 9am-midnight Friday through Sunday without some major breaks). Did work on taxes though (with Denis, interesting relationship-building activity, we're filling jointly for the first time this year). Also two random, yet obviously local, guys (who the police officer knew) came and knocked on our door saying that someone across the street backed into our car and then drove off. It was nice of them to let us know. Fun trip to the police station planned for tomorrow. The damage is mostly cosmetic, knew we were paying the insurance company for something. Actually, despite my complaining, I had a pretty nice day, why am I so fussy then? Denis has offered a backrub, maybe that will help. Hope you all are having fun-filled Saturday nights that you can write about on Monday when back at the computer : )

Sometimes I think my LiveJournal schedule is all wrong. I do all my posts on weekends, because that's when I have time to, well, mess around on LiveJournal. But then no on else is on, and they all come back online on Monday, just in time for me not to have the time to comment or update because I'm working.

So, er, what I mean by that is that I will be posting about my Saturday night on Sunday rather than Monday. =)

Doing taxes and finding out some jerks did a hit-and-run on your car on the same day? Phooey!

I hope you had a nice massage or at least are more well-rested now. =)

urgh, taxes?

Does this mean I need to stop being in denial and do my taxes too?

...but I'm going to owe money! =o(

Stupid *^*(&%^&*( jerk pulling the hit and run. I'm glad the insurance makes it less of a money worry, that is a relief.

Yes, and I'm assuming that you're now also a part-year Mass. resident so you get to do state taxes too! We were so spoiled living in NH all those years. (I don't know what you did in GA last year).

Thanks about the car. I'm really relieved that it's still safe to drive, just a little banged up.

Re: urgh, taxes?

Whatever, you're ALL spoiled. We have to pay City tax on top of state and federal tax. City tax! And it's more than state tax too!
