Still alive although most of the week has been spent with a nasty, exhausting headcold.

Tonight was great though, got out of work early b/c office was going bowling, made it home in time for a nap, and then saw Spamalot with [livejournal.com profile] flt. So much fun! Definitely the most fun musical I've seen (it ends with a sing-along for goodnesake) not to mention the lovely company :)

Now back to bed. I think just a day or two more of good sleep and I'll be done with this cold. I have work tomorrow, but no curling means early bedtime. My sister and her boyfriend decided today to come to DC for the weekend. It will be nice to see them, plus they're bringing cutest dog ever!!! If anyone wants to hang out and come visit us/the dog/my "mugglish" sister/her slightly geekier boyfriend/our new seriograph that we bought in New Orleans that is awesome awesome awesome let us know. Maybe something brunch-like? I'm open to suggestions as long as I don't have to cook.

Ah, I'm so jealous. Glad you enjoyed Spamalot.

Nice! Methinks we may have to go see that one.

Also having visits from your sister is cool. I don't think my sister and I are likely to be in the same place at the same time before next Spring.

Lastly: picture of the seriograph? pretty please? :-)

Our piece is Qui Fait Quoi?. It's not something I would ever pick out by myself, but we both love it! Use the magnifying glass on teh site to look at the figures. They're both of the artist and one is pulling the painting hand of the other.
