We just got back from Cirque du Soleil! Kooza was crazy-good, incredible, magical, impressive, etc.
I really liked the story this time. It was less melancholy that Corteo that we saw with my parents and MIL a couple years ago.
Awesome things included: the skeleton musical number and chorus line, the wheel of death guys, the guy who balanced on a tower of chairs, the clowns, the pas de deux on a unicycle, the single trapeze girl, the highwire guys (sitting on a chair on a pole balanced on two guys riding bicycles on a highwire, ridiculous!), the juggler in his disco-ball suit, the golden crazy-bendy girls, the teeeterboard people (with stilts!) and the crazy people on the balls, also the music, the incredibly costumes, the impressive set.
It was incredible! If you're in the area Kooza's only here for a few more days, I would highly highly recommend it (worth at least twice what we paid). Best Wednesday night ever :)
