My sister just wrote and is not coming over for Thanksgiving :(
She and her boyfriend are homesick and are driving up to Maine. We will miss them but plan to do a whole spread anyhow.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
bayleaf, lightgetsin, and ellen_fremendon you're planning on joining us right? uschickens do you want to bring your dvds over and camp out in our livingroom? It would be great to have you :)
The menu right now is:
brined turkey
sage, sausage, and apple dressing
pan gravy
mlinci (this traditional croatian dough thing, you bake these dough "chips" and then you soak them in the turkey drippings, they're awesome)
green salad
cranberry relish (with grand marnier, so incredibly good)
steamed broccoli
Meliss and Josh were going to bring dessert, but we'll figure something out (probably something pie-shaped).
